Karona Reiki is taught in Four Levels: Level One, Level Two, Master Level and Teacher Level. Usui Reiki Level 3 ( or equivalent) is a pre-requisite. Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action". Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it.

As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well. Karona Reiki opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit. Karona Reiki is the perfect step-up from Usui Reiki 3, its unique symbols often become favourites. It is powerfully transformative, and makes use of SOUND to carry the healing energy deeper. There is an emphasis in Karona Reiki on healing the "shadow-self", the parts of us that we believe are unacceptable.

Karona Reiki - Level 1: £85

	During this workshop you will be attuned to the Karona/ Karuna energy, level 1.
	The history of Karona Reiki will be described.
	Instruction and practice time will be given in the activation and use of the four symbols and how to further empower the healing by toning and chanting.
	You will be taken on a guided journey to meet and heal the “shadow-self”.

A brief description of the four Level 1 symbols:
Symbol 1 - Heals on a cellular level, past life issues, child abuse and karmic issues.
Symbol 2 - Heals unconscious patterns, the “shadow-self”, sexual and physical abuse, dispels psychic and psychological attack. Leads to self acceptance.
Symbol 3 - Heals the heart and all issues relating to the heart. May be used to infill a healed area with Love. Increases contact with spiritual beings in particular those focused on alleviating the suffering of humanity; eg. Kwan Yin, Avalokiteshvara, Mother Mary, Jesus, Tara.
Symbol 4 - Used for grounding. Opens and heals the lower chakras, clears the mind, aids clarity and focus. Manifests goals. Clears negative energy.

Karona Reiki - Level 2, £125
	During this workshop you will be attuned to the Karona/ Karuna energy, level 2.
	Instruction will be given in the activation and use of the four symbols and how to further empower the healing by toning and chanting.
	You will be taken on a guided journey to meet and heal the “shadow-self”.

A brief description of the four Level 2 symbols:
Symbol 1 - Connects the higher-self with the lower-self in the physical body and therefore activates very deep healing and release of emotional pain.Improves study and communication skills. Increases creativity.
Symbol 2 - Aids connection to earth, grounding and energy flow from hips to feet. Manifests goals. Aids focus and ability to prioritise. Use for world peace.
Symbol 3 - Assists ability to stay in own power and not be influenced or controlled by others. Aids release of negative co-dependencies. Builds & strengthens appropriate boundaries. May be used for Earth healing and connection to other consciousness (trees, flowers and animals)
Symbol 4 - Brings peace. Clears 3rd eye, increasing clairvoyance. Creates trust in the flow of life. Decreases pain, tension, fears, panic and worry. Good for insomnia.

Karona Reiki-Level 3, £185.
A brief description of the four Master Level symbols:
Symbol 1 - Connects the earth star and mother earth. Centres and grounds in spiritual purpose.
Symbol 2 - Aligns chakras and energy bodies. Connects and opens all chakras allowing balance and harmony.
Symbol 3 - Symbolises unity with all creation. Opens crown chakra. Purifies, protects, seals and stabilises the aura.
Symbol 4 - Used at the highest level of healing. It cleanses our energy bodies and heals our spirit. Represents total connection to the Divine.
