Usui Reiki

Individual Sessions

Individual appointments last approximately 1 hour and may include a chakra reading if requested.

In my experience and that of hundreds of my clients gifting oneself with a Reiki session is most beneficial. One of the most common experiences is how deeply relaxing Reiki feels. Often we have little comprehension of the amount of tension and accumlated stress that we carry because we are so habituated to how we normally feel. It is only when we experience a significant increase in our levels of relaxation, contentment and light-heartedness, that we realise that our "normal" state was sadly lacking! Physical ailments and diseases which are significantly related to chronic stress may improve with regular Reiki treatments.

Reiki Classes

Usui Reiki is the best known form of Reiki in the West and is the traditional place to begin your Reiki training. Reiki is a system of Natural Healing involving the laying on of hands. After attunement to the Reiki energy the healing energy moves through the practitioner to the recipient benefiting both of them.

Usui Reiki is taught in Four Levels: Level One, Level Two, Master Level and Teacher Level.

The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words "rei" and "ki". Rei means spirit; ki means subtle energy.

So roughly translated, Reiki means, "spiritually-guided energy".

First Degree Reiki is the Beginning Level -

The training includes a powerful and sacred First Degree activating attunement; information on the history of Reiki and practice to enable confident and competent use of Reiki for yourself or others.

Second Degree Reiki –

This level is available to those who have completed First Degree and want to pursue a higher more advanced level.

This is the minimum recommended level for practitioners. It includes Absentee healing empowered with sacred

symbols, Reiki with crystals, pendulum techniques, chakra testing

and specific techniques for healing on emotional and mental levels.

Third Degree, Master Level -

Is for personal growth, transformation and increased enlightenment.

You will learn Usui and Tibetan Master level symbols to access more powerful dimensions of energy.

You will also learn how to make a Crystal Energy Grid and advanced techniques.
